What is Cycle 4 Health?
12 weeks of free cycling activity within your local area. This offer is for anyone of any starting ability, we provide all equipment including the bike and helmet to give everyone involved. Over the weeks expect to develop and learn new skills, meet new friends and enjoy the freedom which riding a bike can bring. See your activity levels rise and see the benefits of regular cycling upon your health and wellbeing. Those recovering from a long or short term health concern or in a period of rehabilitation are also welcome to attend and our highly experienced instructors will work with you across the weeks to set you on the path to recovery.
Who is it for…?
If you are 16 years or older then we can welcome you onto one of our cycling sessions.
Any ability – if you have never ridden a bike before you can still come along and make a start with us
