Come join us for a fun and engaging music wellbeing group at Hengoed Community Centre! This in-person event is perfect for adults looking to destress, socialize, and rock out to some tunes. No musical experience required - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to try something new. You can bring your own instrument (e.g guitar) or borrow one of ours at the session. The sessions are for all abilties including beginners and are inclusive spaces open to both disabled/neorodivergent people and non-disbaled people alike. Meet like-minded individuals, discover the joy of music, and boost your overall wellbeing.

Sessions are fully funded so all sessions are FREE! Refrechements are also provided.
