Did you know? At Cardiff Met, we have bees right on campus! Join Cardiff Met Sustainability and our resident beekeeper and lecturer, Rob Lewis, for an incredible bee workshop that offers both education and hands-on experience.

Start with an educational talk from Rob Lewis on the vital role bees and pollinators play in our ecosystem. Following the talk, you’ll get the chance to suit up in a beekeeper outfit and get an up-close look at our campus hives. This unique experience doesn’t stop there—you'll also enjoy creating your own wildflower bombs to take away with you and plant at home or around any green spaces.

There will be plenty of time for questions, allowing you to learn more about how you can get involved. Enjoy Fairtrade tea and coffee and refreshmenets as you immerse yourself in this fascinating world

IMPORTANT

Please remember to wear suitable clothing, including long sleeves, trousers, and socks. While we have wellies available, we encourage you to bring your own for a better fit.
