Meditation is a life-changing practice! In this course, you’ll learn the skills you need to deal with the demands of daily life—without feeling stressed, exhausted, or overwhelmed.

With the tools of mindfulness and meditation in your self-care toolkit, you’ll be amazed by how much easier it is to feel productive, focused, and energised. You’ll gradually become more present with the people you love and appreciate every moment of your precious life!

During each session, you’ll discover specific techniques to help you:

  • Stop worrying and overthinking
  • Effectively relieve stress and anxiety
  • Respond with kindness to negative self-talk
  • Easily deal with difficulties in your life as and when they arise
  • Rest and relax (and sleep better as a result)
  • Improve your focus, concentration, and productivity
  • Find more time, patience, and calm
  • Create a new meditation habit and practice daily self-care

You'll also learn how to get immediate relief in your day-to-day life and receive the support you need to build habits that will radically reduce stress, build resilience, and help you feel like yourself again.

What To Expect

This workshop is perfect for anyone interested in exploring mindfulness and meditation for the first time. It’s specifically designed to teach you the exact tips, techniques, and strategies you’ll need to get started on your journey, so you don’t need any previous experience.

In each workshop, you'll be guided through up to 60 minutes of meditation and mindfulness techniques live via Zoom.

Here’s a ‘snapshot’ of what we’ll cover in each session —this event is for Workshop 2:

Workshop 2 (Thursday 11th November, 7:30-8:30pm): Find Inner Peace

In this workshop, we’ll practice the fundamental techniques together to help you relax, slow down, find more balance, get more rest, and bring more calm into your life.

Workshop 3 (Thursday 18th November, 7:30-8:30pm): Create The Habit

This week, we'll discuss how to make mindfulness and meditation a (realistic) habit in your busy life, create space for your practice, and overcome common obstacles that might get in the way.

Workshop 4 (Thursday 25th November, 7:30-8:30pm): Daily Self-Care

In this session, you'll create a short self-care routine you can use every day and discover the best ways to continue your mindfulness journey.

Bonus resources: in addition to the live workshop, you’ll also receive guided meditation downloads to help you master the basics and maintain your practice between sessions!

Get your ticket on Eventbrite (this event is Workshop 2) and you’ll automatically receive the Zoom link to join the session. Please note that the Zoom meeting details will be different for each workshop!

You are welcome to join even if you haven't attended the week 1 workshop.

Please join each session 5-10 minutes before we’re due to begin to make sure we can start on time.
