Why meditation for self-empowerment?

As, we let go of negative energies, instant gratification and anxiety it improves our decision making, resilience and need to be stimulated all the time to operate normally. A true form of meditation can take you to state and enable you to be there for long time. There are other empowering benefits too, like being able to enjoy small moments and small things of life. Like that one small quaint tree in your backyard. Like that you become accepting of many quaint creatures we meet in journey of our lives. And not just accept but also feel and love in pure way.

Why 21 days and why not just 2 days of course?

Well, habit formation takes time. You waited many lives for it, just be a bit patient and spare some time. There is no cost and after few classes experience if you rather prefer what other things world has to offer to you, you can always drop out.

What meditation technique is shared?

It is called Sahaja Yoga meditation, which literally means born within meditation, our desire to be connected to higher power. This gentle form of meditation was founded in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, who worked tirelessly for everyone's emancipation and benevolence. Watch her video below on power of silence.

– Guided meditation & experience awakening of energy. Silent meditation– Silent meditation and on music based of notes suitable for specific energy centers– Going deeper on specific topic, followed by one to one session with guidance on how to continue practice at home and any address any queries you may have.
