The book tells the story of Olivia Sprinkel’s journey to listen to and learn from ten trees around the world, from the birch tree to the giant sequoia. It blends nature writing, memoir and travel writing, and includes practices for readers to explore their own relationship with the natural world. Olivia will share reflections from the journey, lessons from the trees, and inspiration on how to listen to the trees’ wisdom. The event is hosted by Caroline Brazier of the Tariki Trust.
