Every Wednesday at 20.30 we end the day with a 30 min online breathwork session. Learn how to breathe naturally and fully with this simple and effective method, and breathe your way to greater health, vitality & peace!
- Introduction to Breathwork
- Includes different Breathwork techniques for Energy, Calm and Focus
- 15-minute deep Breathwork practise

Preparing for class
- Connect on Zoom 10 minutes prior to class start time and silence cell phones
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Refrain from eating heavy or a lot 1.5 to 2 hours before practice
- Yoga mat and a blanket might help you feel comfortable
- Turn off distractions. Switch on the Do Not Disturb function on the device you are using for this event.
