We've teamed up with the lovely people at Lean Fitness for an extra special event that should get you working hard, then playing hard. This is a great opportunity to work with some of the best fitness professionals in Manchester and let them push you to achieve your best.
The session will be split in half between two parts:
- LeanHurricane - A high intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit that'll challenge you to push your body to the limit. HIIT is an intense, fun class that targets all muscle groups.
- Yoga - Lead by Marley from Vida Yoga, this is a slower but nevertheless surprisingly challenging workout. Yoga will see you working your body in ways you didn't know you could, and leave you with a body that feels more relaxed than you realised it could.
After you've smashed all of that, we'll be celebrating with snacks and drinks down in the studio.
The session is completely free, and you're more than welcome (encouraged even!) to grab a handful of tickets and bring some friends. All equipment will be provided, just make sure to wear something you feel comfortable in and you're all set.
