This practice of releasing tension, letting go of stress, forgetting the old ways and embracing fully your authentic new ways will have a profound effect on your whole being.
You will move through the class releasing tension from your body, activating important meridians, energy centers and pranic flow. Assisted by music you will flow through your shifts with the help of intuitive movement, breath, body locks and guided meditation.
The unique Himalayan Kriya Yoga practice leads you to enjoy more vibrancy, gain more focus and have more clarity in your life. You will be guided to open your body, mind and heart in innovative ways enabling you to be free and more receptive to the opportunities life brings for you in the new decade
The teacher Christina Berar has studied yoga extensively around the world, most notably in India. Christina focuses on the body-mind connection and supports her students in self-discovery, and acceptance.
