Wir möchten dich darauf aufmerksam machen, dass die Community Class am 24.06. von der Firma TINT Yoga mitgefilmt wird und dieser Film für Marketing und Produktionszwecke veröffentlicht wird.

TINT Yoga ist eine Online Yoga Plattform und Alexandra Harfield sowie viele andere weltrenommierte Lehrer bieten dort Online Kurse und Workshops an. Die Community Class am 24.06. bekommst du im Nachgang von TINT kostenlos online zur Verfügung gestellt. Wenn du Fragen hierzu hast, kannst du dich gerne beim TINT Team direkt melden: namaste@tintyoga.com. Die Videoaufnahmen fokussieren sich auf Alexandra Harfield und nicht auf die Teilnehmer. Du brauchst also keine Bedenken haben, dass du stetig im Bild zu sehen bist.

Yep, this class is all about core - the connection to the midline of your body. Finding this inner strength benefits the way we flow, balance and our overall confidence both on and off the mat. A playful, strong and fiery practice with a nice mix of vinyasa flow, sprinkles of challenge and longer holds scattered throughout. It is all about your personal power - looking forward to seeing you on the mat :-)

Die Klasse wird in Deutsch/English gehalten und ist für alle Level geeignet.

Wir haben 20 Plätze frei - bitte melde dich an und ab, falls du es nicht schaffen solltest, kann ein weiterer Teilnehmer nachrücken.
