Join Tris of Trees & Tranquility to explore evidenced ways to make the most of time in nature for mental and physical wellbeing. Tris will explain why and how forest therapy works and invite you to try a few mindful type activities to feel refreshed and grounded.
Suitable for ages 12 up. Please contact me if there are accessibility issues or anything else that concerns you. I would much rather tweak the plan than have anyone left out!
The session will include a short walk and several periods to explore the open space. There is a firm path and some have chosen to stick to the path. Others choose to wander through the woods or across grass, depending on ability. I have known attendees access by wheelchair, but there is a metal gate at the entrance to the Open Space, so if you would like further details of access, photos, measurements etc. Please get in touch.
Meeting point is at the entrance gate to the Open Space, where Stockwood Road meets The Coots. Time after to connect with nature, or each other, as you wish!
There are a few parking spaces near the entrance, or free on road parking, and the entrance is close to the No 2 Bus Stop.
Booking required.
Anything else, just ask!
