Free community yoga session

A free community fortnightly yoga session on a Wednesday evening provided by One Step Counselling and Therapies C.I.C, facilitated by The Mental Health Yogi, and organised and marketed by Therapuetic Consultations LTD. Come along to do some standard yoga, meet others, and have a free cuppa. Signing up is required, and due to the limited number of spaces, if you do not cancel in good time to make space for someone who can attend, future bookings will be suspended. Donation completely optional but helps towards maintaining sessions if you're able ☺️
