A free community yoga session held in our small hub in Neath. Booking is required and please cancel in good time if you can no longer attend due to very limited spaces, if you do not cancel in good time future bookings will be suspended. Donation optional, please select 0 in the ticket booking page to pay nothing ☺️ Please note we are upstairs and do not have a lift. These sessions are for mobile participants, but we have accessible sessions coming soon.
