Welcome to Free Creative Nature for Wellbeing sessions at START! These sessions are open to all over 18s who are looking to connect with nature and boost their wellbeing. Join Tom in the START garden and studio to enjoy a range of weekly actitvities; from flower bombs to candle making, growing mushrooms in split wood to making your own herbal tea bags and cordial...it's going to be fun! You'll learn new skills, meet new people, have something fabulous to take home with you each week as well as the opportunity to learn how to help look after the beautiful garden here at START.
