Our course combines essential employability skills like creating a CV, application writing and interview techniques with an introduction to the skills you need to work in customer services. There is no exam to take at the end of this interactive course. Each unit is assessed through the activities, discussions and worksheets you complete during the course. Don’t worry if you have been out of education for some time; there are no entry requirements and our experienced tutor will support you throughout the course.
If you complete the course successfully, you will have a Level 1 Extended Award in Learning, Employability and Progression (this can be listed as Level 1 Award in Customer Service and Employability on your CV).
Course dates: Monday 9, Tuesday 10, Wednesday 11, Thursday 12, Friday 13, & Monday 16 January 2017
