If the answer to any of the above is yes...then please come and join Sara Johnson (Yoga Nidra Practioner) and enjoy a deeply relaxing, meditation practice called “Yoga Nidra”. Just 20 minutes of this practice is a restorative as 4 hours sleep!!!
It’s simple, effective and suitable for all. No prior experience of meditation/ yoga nidra necessary.
During this session, you will lie down and listen as you are guided through a meditation that will calm and focus your mind, energize and refresh your body...and leave you feeling totally rested, restored and relaxed!

Please wear/ bring with you:
- comfy clothes/ warm socks
- yoga mat (if you have one)
- 2 blankets
- 1 cushion and 1 pillow
- an eye pillow / mask (if you have one).
