WayMakers is offering a unique and tailored workplace readiness programme for individuals across North Devon and Torridge postcodes.

About the Programme

• This fully funded programme is for individuals who are currently unemployed, might want to re-enter education or access work, and yet feel there are barriers to doing so.
• Places for 10 individuals aged 16-25 who identify as neurodivergent, or present with neurodivergent traits.
• The programme will run weekly, on Tuesday mornings from 23 August - 27 September 2022

What can I expect?

• A safe space - to share & explore experiences, and problem-solve together.
• Neurodiversity profiling - to capture strengths and support needs across the neurodiversity spectrum using the Do-IT profiler screening tool.
• Group and 1-to-1 coaching - to discuss sharing support needs, prepare for likely workplace scenarios and prepare your personalised strategies and adjustments guidance.
• A guest speaker - to hear about their experiences
