This free online taster session invites you into the gentle but powerful world of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) - a self-healing practice that supports emotional release and nervous system regulation through tapping on key acupressure points.

Led by Dee Marshall, founder of Unite in Stillness and I Am Well Ltd, this session offers a soul-centred introduction to EFT with a focus on:

  • Releasing emotional build-up
  • Coming back to the body
  • Grounding into stillness and safety
  • Remembering your inner strength and worth

This is not just a technique - it’s a return to yourself.

Do I need any experience to join?

No experience at all. This session is for beginners and experienced tappers alike. I’ll guide you every step of the way.

What is EFT Tapping?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a therapeutic practice that involves gently tapping on acupressure points while speaking affirmations or emotions out loud. It supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity.

What do I need to bring?

Just you. A quiet space, a journal or notepad (optional), and a cup of water or tea. Most importantly - come as you are.

Will this be recorded?

This session will not be recorded to honour the emotional privacy and safety of all attendees.

What happens after the taster?

You’ll be invited to join the Monthly EFT Circle, starting in October. This is where we go deeper together.

Is this suitable if I’ve been feeling emotionally overwhelmed or low?

Yes. This session is gentle and supportive. You are encouraged to take breaks or listen in if you need. You’ll be guided with care.

Can I attend if I’m outside the UK?

Yes! It’s online and open to anyone globally - just check the time zone and join us in your own stillness.
