Free electric vehicle information event

Come along to our free drop-in event to learn about Hackney’s growing electric vehicle (EV) charger network, exclusive resident tariffs, ZipCar’s electric rentals, plus energy-saving tips and myth-busting information from experts.

It's a chance to ask questions and learn more about EV options in Hackney. Plus, you can provide suggestions for new charge point locations.

Information stalls:

• Zest EV Charging - our Lampcolumn and Fast Charger partner will be providing information on their existing and proposed network, Hackney resident tariffs, and how to sign up and charge.
• ESB Rapid Charging - our Rapid Charger partner with details on their forthcoming rapid charger expansion and their preferential rates.
• ZipCar - Hackney’s CarClub partner with three of their vehicles available to view on the day. Zipcar gives you access to thousands of cars and vans near you, wherever you are in the city. Once you are a member you can access them all via their easy-to-use app.
• Hackney Light and Power - our clean energy services team. Through it, we install renewable energy and improve energy efficiency across Hackney.
• The Zero Emissions Network - ZEN is a multiple award-winning air quality business liaison initiative. The network is free to join and helps businesses and residents in Hackney save money, reduce emissions and improve local air quality.
