Feeling stressed? Needing space to reset? Want practical tools to support your wellbeing?
This series of workshops blends mind–body practices with creative expression to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more empowered. You’ll explore the powerful connection between your body and mind, learning to notice where emotions show up physically and how to tune into your inner signals with kindness and awareness.
Each session is facilitated by two highly experienced coaches who’ll guide you through a mix of mindfulness, meditation, sound therapy, breathwork, movement, and creativity, alongside simple tools and techniques to help you make small but meaningful changes. You’ll learn how to boost happiness, confidence, and self-worth, reconnect with your authentic self, and create a life that feels good from the inside out.
Our coaches will be there to support you every step of the way, helping you pause, connect, and strengthen your resilience in a safe, welcoming space.

This event is FREE of charge thanks to the support of Tameside Council and GMCA for providing support for our Empowerment Through Wellbeing series.
Spaces are limited, booking is essential please to ensure we have enough materials.

All sessions will include everything that you may need and there will be two high experienced coaches on hand to guide and support you through the workshop.
The first half of each session will focus on grounding practices, reflection & wellbeing tools. The second half will bring this together in a creative activity helping you embody what you’ve learned whilst making new connections.
