What do I need to bring?

You will need: A yoga matt (or two), throw or blanket, pillow/s. Wear comfy clothes such as lounge wear/joggers/t-shirts. Optional but recommended: eye mask, bottle of water- Please note we can provide yoga matts/blankets but have limited numbers. You can bring a donation if you wish, recommended £3

Where is the entrance?

Entrance is the red doors on merle terrace (opposite truly dental). Doors will be open. We are housed within St Luke's church halls.

Parking?

Parking can be found in neighbouring side streets surrounding our venue. There is also parking in maxwell street at the back of our venue.
