The Peloton and Sparkhouse Consultants invite you to join them for a free HR event. An introduction to what you need to know as an employer about the employee life-cycle, including:
- Recruitment and On-boarding
- Developing and Managing Performance
- Employee Life Changes (ie Sickness and Maternity/Paternity)
- Leaving (Voluntary and Non-voluntary)
This is a great opporutnity for you to get to grips with what you need to be doing and to ask the experts any HR questions you might have.
