Sun 7 May 2017, 10:30 – 12:00 BST
Making Sound Effects in Games
Saturday the 7th of May 10.30am -12pm
Ever tried playing a game with the sound muted? Lifeless isn’t it? Learn how sound designers build up a sonic world for video games in our workshop for ages 12-16, and why their role is equally as important as an artist in making a great video game!
Delivered by Abertay Sound and Music for Games students Samuel Hyndman and John Bruce.
Hosted by the Hannah Maclure Centre and the Childrens University.
The workshop is limited to 12 young people but adults and parents may also attend.
