Join us at The Skills Spot for a FREE fitness session every Tuesday
We’re teaming up with Triumfit - a local mixed martial artist, boxing coach, and personal trainer - to bring free weekly fitness sessions to The Skills Spot.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, get active again, or just need a reason to get out of the house, this is a great place to start.You don’t need experience - just show up and bring your energy (we’ll match it!).
These sessions are open to all fitness levels and designed to make you feel good in your body.Good vibes guaranteed.

Important note: These sessions are for 18 to 25-year-olds only.
Additional note: There is NO parking available at our venue.
We are situated on a busy main road.
Stockwell is the closest station (underground), which is a 5-minute walk away.

Yes! The sessions are completely free - no catch. We'll even have a few refreshments for you.
Wear comfy clothes you can move in. Trainers are a good shout. Bring a water bottle if you can.
Unfortunately, not. Our centre is a community building and sessions will take place in the private outdoor pitch (see photos). Apart from toilet facilities, there are no other spaces for you to shower and/or change.
The sessions are delivered by Triumfit, led by a qualified mixed martial artist, boxing coach, and personal trainer.
Absolutely. You’ll be made to feel welcome whether you come solo or with a mate.
Not at all. These sessions are for everyone - beginners included. You can go at your own pace.
