This event is for anyone who wants to mitigate hidden barriers to inclusive, accessibility and well-being such as: Education (teachers, SENCOs, support staff) Business and workplaces (HR, EDI, leaders, freelancers) Health and social care Community and youth services Parents, carers and allies

What will I learn? WIDE-A PRACTICE

You’ll experience the three practical “dyslexic-friendly and wellbeing powers” that mitigate hidden barriers, increase performance, to thrive at work, education, and in life. You'll get: Practical tools and ideas ready to implement A deeper understanding of inclusive practice Lived expert insights

Do I have to be dyslexic or neurodivergent to attend? NO

We welcome everyone, including: Neurodivergent people Allies and advocates Professionals who want to learn more People unsure but curious All we ask is that you come with an open mind

Is the event accessible? YES

It is our mission to make everything Dyslexic-friendly (clear visuals, plain language, gentle pace) Sensory-aware (calm environment, breaks) Inclusive (step-free access, gender-neutral toilets) If you have any specific access, communication or sensory needs, please let us know

Will I get a certificate or CPD hours?

Yes. Everyone who attends will receive a certificate of participation. If you’re from an educational or professional setting, this can count toward your CPD. Just let us know if you need wording tailored to your organisation.

How much does it cost to attend? FREE this time

This workshop is free. Future training tickets are £45 per person. This includes: The live workshop Easy-read handouts and takeaways Refreshments (if in-person) Follow-up support and connection to our network We offer a few free or reduced places for those on low incomes or without funding
