When should I arrive for the class?

We recommend that you arrive 15/20 minutes before the start of class so that you can stretch and warm up

Anything loose-fitting that you can more around in - t-shirt and jogging bottoms are fine

Are there changing rooms on site?

Yes, you can get changed on site if you wish, but please do arrive 15/20 minutes before the start of class, as the session will start promptly

Is there a minimum age?

Attendees must be aged 15 or over - the class is not suitable for children

Will there be more taster sessions if these ones sell out?

Yes, we run taster sessions throughout the year - please contact sharonlougher@yahoo.co.uk or call 07946 855803 for more details

What is the nearest public transport link?

We are just 5mins walk from West Harrow tube station, on the Metropolitan Line.

Is parking available?

Hapkido is a traditional Korean martial art of self defence. Our free taster sessions will allow you to try it out and boost your confidence in a friendly and supportive environment.
