What prior biking skills do you need?

To take part you need to be able to ride a bike.

Are these rides all for FREE?

Yes it is! There is a full schedule available to book onto.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a road worthy bike and helmet. Also please wear appropriate clothing for the weather on the day, for example waterproofs or gloves, as well as any medicines or water that you may need during the ride.
