As part of the festive season of giving, We The Medicine warmly invites you to join this Free Heart Opening Movement Medicine Class, a sacred space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the wisdom of your heart.
Through a beautiful blend of movement modalities we’ll gently awaken the energy that flows through every cell of your being. Supported by breathwork and guided visualization, we’ll use the body as a sacred vessel to release what no longer serves us and to open into the radiant power of love within.
As the energy shifts, we begin to feel the heart crack open, light returning, warmth expanding, and love flowing again. From this open space, we can meet life with more ease, grace, and grounded joy.

🌸 09:00 am - Grounding & Intention Setting
We begin by arriving fully into the moment. Through grounding breath and mindful presence, we anchor into the body and set a clear intention for the journey ahead. Together, we create a safe and sacred space to move, release, and open.
💫 09:10 am - Awakening Body & Heart
Gentle movements invite life force into every cell. Through gentle yoga, mindful breath & and the power of our own hum we awaken the body, open the spine, and begin to feel energy flowing through the heart center.
🌿 09:20 - Releasing Through The Heart
Guided by the wisdom of the body, we explore powerful letting-go practices: kundalini-inspired movement, qigong, shaking, and biodynamic tapping.
We release from the heart what no longer serves... old emotions, patterns, and energies... allowing grace to wash through and open us to lightness and freedom.
🔥 09:30 am - Free Movement & Embodiment
The structure dissolves and we enter the art of free, intuitive movement.
Dance, sway, move, or be still... this is your moment to embody what you wish to become.
Joy, peace, gratitude, and love move through you as living medicine.
✨ 09:50 am - Closing Meditation & Integration
In stillness and presence, we anchor the new frequency within. A final guided meditation invites you to carry this open-hearted energy of love, calm, and grace back into your life and relationships.
About your host:
Since childhood, I have felt a deep and natural connection to the language of movement. The body has always been my way of expressing what words could not — a space where emotion, rhythm, and soul meet. With a background in professional dance and yoga, movement became not only an art form, but a pathway to presence and self-understanding.
Over the years, I discovered how profoundly healing it can be when movement merges with breath, imagination, and feeling. Each gesture becomes a meditation, each breath a bridge to the heart. Through this embodied practice, I’ve witnessed how the body can release old stories, awaken joy, and return to a state of harmony and love.
This class is not about performance or technique. It’s about listening deeply, moving with what is, and allowing your heart to lead the way.
