❤️ Lovely comments from the previous taster sessions we've run:

"Katie and Tasha made me feel so welcome, this was my first pregnancy event and it was so good to meet some people in the same stage of pregnancy as me who also knew so little! I came away feeling excited for my pregnancy and birth and have booked onto a course with The Birth Project"

"This taster evening was so well organised. It was great to attend something short and snappy with my birth partner that showed us the kind of antenatal prep that would be beneficial for us. It was totally non judgmental - there are so many ways to birth I now know that whatever I choose has to be right for us!"

"I was so surprised that Katie and Tasha spoke about all typed of birth - a caesarean, home birth and induction. I assumed ‘hypnobirthing’ would mainly be about breathing techniques and water birth but they covered so much more. I appreciate the need to plan for my birth now! Excited to start a course with them soon. They were booked up for two months so I got in just in time. I cant wait to meet a community of like-minded parents!"

"I really wasn't sold on 'hypnobirthing' but attended because it was important to my wife. I'm really glad I did - Katie and Tasha explained the importance of a birth partner and what I can do on the day to help my wife and give her the support and encouragement she needs. I am so happy that I no longer feel like a spare part! I came away from that one hour knowing so much more than before so cant wait for the course. I actually enjoyed it and found it interesting!"

Frequently asked questions

When should I start a hypnobirthing and birth prep course?

The answer is whenever you are ready! Lots of our attendees wait until their third trimester because that's when they are starting to feel like they want to focus on their birth. So a month or two before your due date is fine!

Do I have to book a course with you if I come?

No! As long as you find someone to help you feel positive, empowered and prepared, go ahead. We don't take it personally! We just want you to feel supported through this huge transition and at least you got The Birth Project intro to all things BIRTH.
