Esen Sekerkarar is a mindfulness trainer, organisational wellbeing consultant, and lecturer. Through her training programs, lectures, and consultancy, she educates people on evidence-based mindfulness practices that foster resilience, focus, and sustain overall wellbeing. As a Certified MBSR Teacher and founder of Mindfulness Hub, she works with corporations, business schools, and individuals worldwide to integrate mindfulness into professional and personal life. Esen obtained her accredited qualification as an MBSR teacher from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where the trademarked program was founded. She is also a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University in the USA.
