My journey with mindfulness and meditation began in 2007, during recovery from PTSD. These practices changed my life — so much so, I went on to study psychology and philosophy, and trained as a mindfulness, meditation, and yoga teacher.

Today, I share these transformative tools with individuals, groups, and organisations — helping others rediscover clarity, compassion, and resilience from within.
