Please join us for this FREE introduction to Mindfulness taster session run by The Mindful Enterprise C.I.C.

The session is aimed at those new to mindfulness and keen to explore how it could benefit them.

The event will cover the following:

- What is mindfulness & why is it becoming so popular?

- Why might it be beneficial to train our minds?

- The neuroscience.

- How we can break habits formed in the brain to reduce stress, reactivity, negative thought patterns and increase happiness.

- Experiential practice (with reflection time and group discussion).

- How can mindfulness be applied in everyday life.

The session will be informative with some interaction and opportunity to ask questions.

ITINERARY

Arrival from 18.45 to complete check in prior to commencement at 19.00.

If you book but are subsequently unable to attend, we would be grateful if you could notify us in advance, as there are only a limited number of places available.

Please feel free to bring a water bottle with you or a cushion / blanket to maximise comfort. We have chairs at the venue but the evening will be relaxed and informal so please do whatever suits to make things feel like home.
