Free introductory running session, Loughton PM
Our free introductory running session includes a proper warm-up, the structure of a run and also warm-down and stretching.
These sessions are suitable for complete beginners, lapsed runners and also those wanting to improve their running and general fitness.
They focus on different aspects of running and support people with techniques to help them get the most enjoyment from running and to help prevent injury.
Our Loughton session will take place at 7:15pm on Wednesday 19 April 2017.
