FREE Journaling and Guided Relaxation for Pregnancy Loss (Miscarriage) with Tasha from The Birth Project
Join us for a calming session where we will explore the power of journalling and guided meditation to navigate through the emotions of pregnancy loss.
This online event will take place during Baby Loss Awareness Week to honour just how important miscarriage is. You have lost someone you loved, whether you carried them for months or moments.
Our goal is to provide support and comfort during this challenging time, whether it has been a recent loss or something you experienced years ago. Grief has no timeline.
No writing experience is necessary; we won't be sharing what we write. This is just a space for you to explore your feelings in a structured way.
Afterwards we will using a guided meditation to check in with our bodies and soothe ourselves.
We will end with some affirmations and further signposting to helpful resources.
