About Jacqueline:
Jacqueline is a Mind–Body Medicine Coach with over 20 years’ experience in the human system. She specialises in guiding women out of the people pleasing, “good-girl” survival cycle and into vibrant, embodied health. Once trapped in chronic illness and autoimmune dysfunction herself, Jacqueline helps women create emotional safety, build nervous system resilience, and rewire limiting beliefs, so they can reconnect with their bodies, advocate for their needs, and restore self-trust. Drawing on certifications in Coaching, HeartMath, Nutrition, and Kundalini, plus ongoing training in Psychology, Neuroscience, and Somatic Movement, Jacqueline offers a science-informed, yet deeply embodied path to wholehearted healing and transformation.

The Bridge is a women's health and wellbeing charity based in London Bridge. We support women to lead healthy and happy lives through movement, solidarity and action.
This yoga session is running as part of our HUB project which offers a programme of free activities every Wednesday for all women.
