Free Listening Space Event With Coffee and Cake

The Listening Space is a 2-hour gathering hosted by Shelley and peers, offering a safe and supportive environment rooted in Nonviolent Communication (NVC).

We will explore together how to shift from anger and judgment to empathy and understanding, by tuning into feelings, recognising needs and offering compassionate communication. It is an opportunity to express ourselves, be listened to and build listening skills, in a calm, reflective and friendly space.

Open to anyone seeking deeper social connection, to be heard, or to enhance their listening skills, the session includes space for genuine sharing and listening — and coffee and cake — within a warm, caring community.
