The Lovin’ Care Network is a community of residential childcare professionals, leaders, and adults with lived experience, committed to embedding love-led practice.
Our purpose is to create a brave, connected, and relational space where members can reflect, grow, and drive forward a culture of love-led practice through:
· Creating a brave space to reflect, recharge, and reimagine
· Sharing real stories, research, and relational practices
· Celebrating progress and learning from homes across the UK
· Developing an understanding of how the regulatory framework supports Lovin’ Care
· Identifying shared barriers, priorities, and solutions
· Building a collective voice to influence wider systems and policy
Above all, the network serves to elevate the voices of those who care and those who have been cared for, and to shape a future where love is not the exception, it’s the expectation.
Together, we are a collective voice, influencing policy, practice, and culture and celebrating the courage, compassion, and connection already alive in homes.
Your facilitators:
Carla Keyte is the CHQ Lovin’ Care lead. With over 20 years’ experience in residential childcare, she has held senior roles including Registered Manager, Head of Care, and Head of Quality and Compliance, overseeing more than 30 Ofsted-rated Good and Outstanding homes. Known for turning compliance into connection, Carla leads with clarity, warmth, and purpose, creating a culture where adults feel confident to love, and children feel safe, seen, and valued. Each session will include contributions from other Lovin’ Care Leaders, including Mary Anne Hodd, Matt Langley, Serena Richards and Jaci Quenell.
