Which session should I join?

Begin with the foundation session. If you find it too easy, then prioritise the higher sessions. You can always join both sessions, if they will help you to make more progress.

If I miss a session, can I access the recording?

Sessions are primarily recorded for training and quality purposes. Recordings are only made available on a case-by-case basis, given the extenuating circumstances.
