Free Meditation class - Open to beginners & experienced meditators

This free weekly meditation class offers a friendly, warm, quiet and supportive group environment whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned meditator.
During each session we will focus on a specific meditative practise and over the coming weeks we will experience a range of different meditation practices : including how to use the breath to overcome distractions, meditation using mantras, visualisations, tratak ( candle flame meditation), walking meditation.
We will explore ways to help us sit more comfortably to meditate whether that be sitting cross legged on the floor or on chairs as well as have a discussion on the effects of diet and lifestyles on quietening the mind and meditation. There will be time for questions and discussions.
Please arrive 5 minutes early so that we can start on time. Please book to secure your space as numbers are limited.
