Description

Step out of the stress of life and enjoy 30 minutes of calm. This practical session will introduce different methods of mindfulness available to bring you a little peace of mind when you need it most.

It has been shown that a regular Mindfulness practice can reduce stress, improve focus and cognitive function, strengthen the immune system, improve sleep, and enhance creative thinking. And if that is not enough it has been proven that people who practice regularly live longer, happier and healthier lives! If you have any questions then connect with us below.
