Step out of the stress of life and enjoy 45 minutes of calm. This practical session will introduce different methods of mindfulness available to bring you a little peace of mind when you need it most.

It has been shown that a regular Mindfulness practice can reduce stress, improve focus and cognitive function, strengthen the immune system, improve sleep, and enhance creative thinking.
