Free Mindfulness for Men 8 week ' Mindfulness Based Living Course

This is a free course that has been funded by the Everyone Project and is in partnership with the ‘Boromancan’ mens health campaign. The course is an 8 week program designed by the Mindfulness Association and is taught by Jonathan Lee a trained and experienced mindfulness teacher. Delivered online via Zoom with no requirement to be visible or engage, although this is encouraged to help with group learning.Any man in the Teesside/Cleveland area can join, and we really do mean any man, whether you are working or unemployed, fit or unfit, feeling fine or feeling terrible, race, religion, sexual orientation, young or old. This will be an inclusive group where we can all respect each other and create a supportive environment to learn the skills of mindfulness in our own lives.
