Free Mindfulness Introductory session

These free sessions introduce you to mindfulness and the practical ways in which being mindful can improve your life. An introductory session lasts just over an hour and includes a short mindfulness practice, so that you can get a sense of what it’s all about. Find out what's involved in doing an 8 week mindfulness course. There will be opportunity to ask questions and find out more. All welcome.
