Mindfulness is maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and surrounding environment, without labelling or self-criticizing.

From this place of awareness, we are better able to manage our own emotional and mental wellbeing, manage the stresses of our day-to-day lives, and handle situations calmly and effectively.

In this talk you’ll learn more about the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, and some techniques to aid with managing stress & anxiety, increase attention & focus, and find some inner calm amid hectic daily routines.
