It's mother's day weekend - Let's Practice loving kindness and Gratitude on this special day ...
Glasgow Mindfulness Centre is delighted to offer a free class in Mindfulness Meditation Practice to everyone across the community including people that are new to meditation and mindfulness. More now than ever before our lives are affected by the coronavirus pandemic as we see our stress and anxiety levels rise disturbing our daily routines.
The aim of the class is to provide support for people during the pandemic so please make time for yourself to share one hour to learn something new that will help you with your health and wellbeing.
The hour session will be based on sharing and sending Loving Kindness and Compassion meditation to ourselves, friends and family and to the rest of the world. Coming together with like-minded people to cultivate positive kind loving energy and compassion shared online on a digital platform.
Please, don’t worry if you’re new to meditation the class will be led by an experienced thoughtful teacher who will make you feel welcome and teach you a few techniques in meditation that will help you with your daily stresses. You have everything to gain by taking some time for yourself to calm the mind, lift the heart and light the spirit.
