Free Mindfulness Taster Workshop

New to mindfulness? Then come along to this free experiential workshop and discover how mindfulness can help you live well with stress, pain and illness and improve your health and wellbeing. You can also find out about the longer eight-week courses offered by Hackney Mindfulness.
You’ll be led through some different types of mindfulness practice by Ben, a Breathworks-accredited mindfulness teacher, and there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
A small voluntary cash donation helps keep these events free for those who would otherwise be unable to afford to attend.
