About this event

As a charity, Tariki Trust provides a number of free wellbeing events which are open to the public. It's really important to us that we all have access to events that support our emotional, spiritual and mental health, and we are happy to provide these sessions at no cost to you whatsoever.

Sessions last for 30-45 minutes (depending on the activity) and they happen on the second Wednesday of every month.

This session's activity is a Heartbeat Meditation with Ally Stott.

Our Body, Breath and Heart are always with us. The movement of our breath, it’s ebb and flow changes in response to how we are feeling and the places we are in.

Our heartbeat is our internal rhythm, our pulse grounding us in the present moment and connecting us with the pulse of all living creatures. During this embodied meditation practice, though guidance, we will explore the movement of breath and the felt experience of our heartbeat as a focus of presence. All are welcome, no previous experience of meditation is needed. In these times of great change and uncertainty is can be supportive, even healing, to come together in this way through sharing experiences and in silence.

Our events are interactive. We kindly request that attendees have their cameras switched on to engage with the group experience (unless of course you have technical difficulties).
