Originally developed in California, Nia combines mind, body, music and martial arts techniques in a relaxed, informal setting, that achieve results without pain, injury or pressure on the body. With a unique approach that includes 52 moves to tone and improve the upper, lower and core areas of the body, Nia leaves you feeling energised and motivated - moving at your level, your pace.
