Navigating Boundaries & Needs: How to Lead Your Life Without Losing Yourself

Ever felt like you’re carrying too much? That you're exhausted from trying to meet expectations - at work, at home, even within yourself?

The truth is… burnout isn't just about workload. It’s often about:

  • Unmet needs
  • Blurred boundaries
  • The pressure to over-perform and self-abandon

In this free 1-hour webinar, I’ll guide you through the often-overlooked roots of overwhelm and emotional exhaustion - whether in leadership, work, or life.

We’ll explore:

  • How to identify the hidden needs driving stress, burnout, and overwhelm.
  • How to set clear, compassionate boundaries (without guilt).
  • How to lead yourself - with clarity, courage, and self-respect

Because self-leadership is about how we lead our own lives—without losing ourselves along the way.

✨ FREE, with limited spaces.

If you’re ready to stop holding it all together and start holding space for yourself, this is your invitation.

A journal or notebook and a pen are recommended for personal reflection exercises

Will there be recordings available?

No, this workshop will not be recorded. This is to protect the confidentiality and comfort of all participants and to ensure a safe, live experience.

You’re free to step away, take a pause, or leave the session at any time. Your wellbeing always comes first. You can also privately message the facilitator during the session for support or grounding tips.

Is this workshop therapy?
