Due to the popularity of the previous Zoom yoga courses we have been running, we are offering another course. The class will help you limber up and build flexibility and strength. It's also an opportunity to relax your mind and take some precious time out for yourself.
The yoga class caters for all levels including beginners and is suitable for everyone. A yoga mat is recommended for the class.
The next set of 5 sessions will be every Tuesday starting from the 13th April 2021.
